Description of the Coin
Front
A Lighthouse behind a seawall and a swirl of water. The seawall is formed by the word "Eilat" in Hebrew letters. Around the rim, the inscription in Hebrew, "A Decade of Eilat's Port."
The Proof coin is struck with a small Hebrew 'mem' at the bottom.
Reverse
The word "Israel" in Hebrew and Arabic with the dates "1967/5727" in Hebrew and English. In the center, the denomination "5 Israeli Lirot".
The edge of each coin is inscribed in Hebrew, "Nineteenth Year of the State of Israel."

Uncirculated: A Mint State coin struck on a standard planchet. The coin displays a matte type appearance.
Proof: A coin which was made with special care. The coins are struck with extra pressure using polished dies. The planchets are specially selected and polished. The coins exhibit a mirror-like surface in the fields and a frosted appearance on the raised points of the coin. A small Hebrew 'mem' mintmark is struck on the "Eilat" coin at the bottom.
