Front: The busts of two Dutch settlers in the center, Gaspard de Coligny and Prince Willem the Silent. The names inscribed below the busts, "Coligny - William the Silent". Around the rim, "Huguenot - Half Dollar - United States of America - In God We Trust".

Reverse: In the center, a three masted ship, the "Nieuw Nederlandt". In the field, the anniversary dates "1624 -1924". Around the rim, "Hugeunot - Walloon Tercentenary - Founding of New Netherland".
