Description of the Coin
Front: The Hebrew words in the center, "Achvat Yisrael" (Brotherhood). Intertwining branches appear in the field of the coin signifying the "Unity of Man".
Reverse: The denomination of "1, 2 or 10" and the word "Sheqel" or "Sheqalim" in Hebrew and English. The State Emblem in the center. "Israel" in Hebrew, English and Arabic and the date 1984/5744.
The uncirculated silver coin is mintmarked with a 6 pointed star below the State Emblem. The proof coins are mintmarked with a Hebrew 'mem'.

Uncirculated: A Mint State coin struck on a standard planchet. It will display a matte type finish. A small six pointed "Star of David" mintmark struck on the "Brotherhood" coin below the State emblem.
Proof: A coin which was made with special care. The coins are struck using polished dies. The planchets are specially selected and polished. The coins exhibit a mirror-like surface in the fields and a frosted appearance on the raised points of the coin. A small Hebrew 'mem' mintmark is struck on the "Brotherhood" coin below the State emblem.
